Our On-site machining services brings the machine shop capability directly to the job site. It also reduces the cost of disassembly rigging and reporting of machinery of site for repairs.

On-site Line Boring
This encompasses in – line boring or machine bores of large items of stationary plant which cannot be removed from site for repairs.
This include earth moving equipment, articulation holes, H – Frame repairs, Bucket holes & Main boom repairs of Excavators. Machines such as : Caterpillar, Komatsu, Bell, Doosan, Daewoo & TLB
Onsite Milling and Keyway Cutting
This milling service offer to any industry, which includes the following:
- Milling of sole plates,
- Milling of pump bases,
- Milling on Heat exchanger divider plates,
- Milling of guide ways,
- Milling of keyway on shafts in a stationary position.
- Milling of flat surfaces up to 10 meters x 300 mm wide.
Onsite journal cutting
This service allows to machine shafts in a stationary position, such as:
- Fan shafts,
- Machining on shaft bearing landing surface.
- Machining shafts from OD 50 mm up to 500 mm x 1 meter in length.
Boring & Tapping
This service offers to any industry:
- Drilling of holes for tapping,
- Cutting of studs for metric & imperial sizes
- Machining or cutting threads on foundation bolts without demolishing the foundation at any position.
Hot tapping
Hot tapping, or pressure tapping, is the method of making a connection to existing piping or pressure vessels without the interruption or shutdown of the production whilst modification are being done.
This technique is to drill a large hole without shutdown, or reduce plant production while drilling of these holes
Kiln tire & support roller grinding
Rotary kilns, Coolers & Dryers.

This onsite services includes the re-grinding or resurfacing of the tire, trunnions and rollers whether floating or fixed.
